1. Double-check that your username and password are correct (watch out for caps lock). 2. Try resetting your password by clicking “Forgotten your username or password?” on the login page. 3. If you don’t receive a reset email, check your email spam/junk folder. 4. Still stuck? Contact your ICT helpdesk or LMS administrator for assistance.

1. Confirm with your lecturer that the course is active and you are enrolled. 2. If you still can't access it, ask your lecturer to enroll you into the course.
